Who We Are

I am new to needlepoint but it is amazing how quickly it has become a passion. Following in my big sister’s footsteps, I have learned the art of stitching and making beautiful things.
My career has led me down the path of event planning, and now travel, and I am currently enjoying life through the eyes of my 3 year old granddaughter.
I raise guide puppies for the visually impaired, ride horses to soothe my soul and feel blessed to be inspired every day by sailors, crabs and the Chesapeake Bay.

I can not believe I am on this journey with my sister. I began stitching when I was in college. Bought a needlepoint kit, of course. My mom still has the pillow!
After graduating, I have worked as a graphic artist, retail manager, antique business owner, wife and mom of 2 super ( now grown ) kids. All the while needlepointing during my free time!
Now I try to travel as much as possible, volunteer at the National Gallery of Art in Washington D.C., enjoy my hometown and love my family time.
